I must have done this in the beginning.
And I do not have any shortcuts on the desktop. But a recent program install
put one there without asking me.
I fixed the registry and installed the utility. I am happy now.
Too bad a Vista TweakUI does not exist yet.
I sure would like to remove the shut down and lock buttons from the "start"
menu.
