Desktop not displaying pictures as wallpaper

sI'm not very computer savvy. I just purchaed an HP pavillion laptop and the
first couple of days I was able to use the Windows wallpapers. All of a
sudden I'm unable to do so. The only thing it will display are the solid
colors, but no pictures whatsoever. i can't even use my own pictures or
pictures off the net. Please help! It's annoying me to no end. TY in advance.

Hi Khazara,

Check these settings here:
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Click "Classic View" in upper left corner.
3. Click the "Ease of Access Center" icon.
4. Click on "Make the computer easier to see" in blue.
5. Uncheck "Remove background images (where available)"
6. Click Apply and click Save
