I went into the "Ease of Access Center", chose "Make it easier to focus on
tasks" and turned off the Toggle keys stuff, hit save. Now my desktop
background image is gone. When I go back into "Make it easier to focus on
tasks", now "Remove background images (where available) is checkmarked. I
un-check it and save. No fix, and going back in it is check on again. Is
there a workaround for this to get the background image back on? This
occurred in Vista x64 RC1.
