Desktop thinks its a Mobile PC

While browsing the Vista help application on my desktop, I frequently see
phrases like "To xxxx on your Mobile PC...". These aren't the names of the
topics. This is in the body of the help articles. Many of the links in the
off-line help articles refer to the "Windows Mobility Center", but my pc
doesnt have this ultility, being a desktop.

Anyways, its near impossible for me to find relevent help information on my
Vista PC. I think some internal configuration is set to "Mobile PC", and its
causing all the help topics to reference irrelevent information. Any
suggestions on how to fix this?
