"Destination Folder Acess Denied"

Hello,

For some reason when I go to delete some files it won't allow me to even
thought my account is the only account on the computer and is set up as the
admin account. It says I need "permission" to preform this action. Who do I
need permission from Microsoft? Or maybe the creator of the file doesn't like
the idea of me deleting the file off my computer... this has gone on for far
to long and I really need help with solving this problem, because now a game
that worked before wont work at all now and I cannot do anything about it...
since the deleting the programs folder gives the same problem.

Any help will be appericated
