When viewing the update, details is shown, but when trying to access details
information it does not work.

You might have a third-party popup blocker installed, such as Google tool

Robin, no google tool bar. I shutdown ZoneAlar, AdAware, shutdown alladd
blocking and cookie tracking. Still no details information.
