Details in W. Explorer

How can I customize Explorer so the "Rating" and "Tag" columns in Explorer do
not show when I open a new folder.

Also how to change the colour (red) of the current folder "highlighted" in W.
Explorer. Default is blue and difficult to see in bad light.

As for the icon selection, you can't change that, not unless you change the
theme back to Windows Classic.
