How to determine if Windows Update has been applied

I know about going to Add/Remove Programs to see the updates installed. Is
there another way to determine the updates applied to Windows?

Yeah, go to the Windows Update web site, jump through the WGA hoop and
look there. Course, if your version of Windows is a pirated one, this is
not advisable.
