I was using Cisco VPN 5.0.01 and was having no problems until the recent
update my company did to Version 5.0.04. I had to uninstall the VPN because
I was having problems with high CPU spikes particularly when using IE and
Firefox. It was particularly noticeable from the Stutter I would get from
Winamp. When VPN was installing it would take deterministic network
enhancer in excess of 20 mins to install. When I tried uninstalling, it the
deterministic network enhancer mini port did not fully uninstall and I had
to manually uninstall deterministic network enhancer mini port. Now my CPU
is working fine

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

My system

Acer M5620
Quad Core
ATI 2600 Pro
3 GB Ram
Vista Home premium.

Thank you.
