how to develop a driver to receive data in ipad from xp

Hi, i need to develop a driver that receive data
coming through the USB port or the USB-mini port on the iPad from a Windows XP computer.
I have Java knowledgments but i dont know about MAC OS X or IOS.

Should i know about kernel in Windows or MAC?
Should i know about another programming languages?
What i need to know?
How can i start?

Please, i need your help.
