I have been using an application without any problems until recently. The
last time my machine froze and I shut it down. The next time I tried to used
the application I couldn't open it. I got the follwing message - 'In order
to load the APPLICATION driver you need to be logged into an account with
administartive privileges.' (I was). This was followed by 'Unable to connect
to the APPLICATION device driver. APPLICATION cannot work if the device
driver is not running. Please note that, due to a Windows issue, it may be
required to log off or restart the system before the device driver can be
loaded'. This did nothing. Can any suggest a solution to me problem.
