You're from Sweden and you've got Windows XP.
If you are a different Julie, this doen't apply to you.

I feel that you need someone to be there to help you.
One way to get that, maybe, sort of, is microsoft support.
Here is a link to Swedish microsoft support for Windows:

http://support.microsoft.com/select/...c1=509&x=8&y=9

Select the Windows Update option - it might be free.

sorry, I'm from the US. And after the course of the last few days. I believe
that yes, I need someone to fix this problem. Do you know of a US microsoft
support link? I have tried to reinstall my operating disk. But my disk is not
up to date as much as my computer and I'm afriad of installing a lesser
version. Thanks anyway

OK, I'll give you the link - but first the way to discover it:

In Internet Explorer click on help > then Online Support >
In the Assisted Support section, click on >
Select a product to view your assisted support options
In the Windows section click on > Windows Update
It's defaulted United States for you, so click the arrow >
"Unlimited support requests are included at no charge"
