I wouldn't load either, if I was being screamed at like this all the time.
Perhaps it could load if you turned off your CAPS LOCK key. =P

I know what USB drivers are - why are you trying to load them, where are you
trying to load them from, what device did you install that you need to load
them? Windows XP usually detects and installs these automatically - so you
must have installed a specific special card that has drivers for Windows
XP - what card is this? Have you loaded the mootherboard chipset drivers
for your motherboard?

Usually when driver update or install fails the error message is in most
cases Installation of Driver Failed

I am trying to update my audio device drivers & don't know what folder to
put them in.I have dwnlded them from Winupdate but everytime I put a name in
it says the folder doesn't exist, even by using the browse button. Please
help if you will. Thanks!
