Device Manager does not open

I am using vista home premium and i am unable to open the device
manager. I can open it from the control panel but not by right clicking
on computer and then clicking on device manager. Any suggestions to
correct the problem. Rob

You cannot open it by right clicking anywhere in Vista or XP. You can make
an icon on the desktop after you find it in control panel and right click
though. Then use the icon to open it next time.

I am sorry i was not clear. I right click on computer then left click on
properties. Now left click on device manager and it will not open.
