Device Manager is not responding ! ..

Hello all ..
Today I have formatted my Pc and re-install fresh Windows Vista
Ultimate .. after I finished installing everthing (Patches,Programs ..
etc) ..

I got 1 problem which is :
When I press right click (mouse) on my computer then choosing
(Properties) .. Then when I press Device Manager .. nothing happened !
and not responding ! ..

But when I typed in run :
devmgmt.msc

It works ! ..

Can anyone help me please ?

Open Elevated Command Prompt
Regsvr32 devmgr.dll

I did dear ..
It said successfully .. but the problem is not fixed !

Any other solutions please ?..

by the way when I type :
devmgmt.msc

on the run .. it working fine ..

the Link of Device manager that shows in properties of My Computer is
broken ! ..

Open Notepad .. Copy the Below text and save it as devmgr.reg.. then right
click Choose "Merge" ....
