I keep getting please install device manager whenever I start Windows Live I
click on the link that is provided and I get sent to a Microsoft search page
I am using Microsoft Lifechat Headset

The question is: Why is a device manager needed to use Live Messenger...

Thos only happens when my Microsoft Lifechat headset is plugged in.When this
happened before I was able to click on a link that windows live posted and it
downloaded the device driver and installed it now all I get is sent to a
Microsoft search page

it finally popped up the download I was needing this is what I was talking
about
