Hello Gintenstorfer,
You can do a complete import of your dfs in xml and then, using notepad,
search
for the deleted roots and delete\remove them and then import dfs again. Here
is how
to export:
dfsutil /root:\\<domainname.com>\<dfs root share name> /export:<domain
name>.XML.DFS
to import:
dfsutil /root:\\<domainname.com>\<dfs root share name> /import:<domain
name>.XML.DFS
You can make the commands into a batch file if you need to
Hope this helps,
