DFS/FRS between 2003 R2 and 2008 Server

Hi,
I am just looking to see if it is possible to do FRS with a 2003 R2 Server
and a 2008 Server. We have a File Server on 2003 that we want to replicate
to a different location using a 2008 server. Is this possible?

What of just 2003 not the R2 and 2008?
