Can anyone confirm if 2008 web does or does not support DFS-R?

I'm seeing conflicting answers on the net, a few people saying "not at
all", a couple people offering workaround to make it work, etc.

From what I can tell it looks like DFS-R is available, but FRS is not,
is that correct?

FWIW, the goal isn't to use it as a file server, but rather, to set up
multiple web servers replicate content between themselves.

Scratch that, looks like it's a confirmed "does", if you install it from
the command line.
