DFS Windows 2003 SP2

I'm trying to setup file replication from Windows 2003 SP2 to another Windows
2003 SP2. I think I got the setup right, but there were no replication tab or
button when I go into the properties. All i see ia a General and Publish tab.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
