Hello Joe,
This is a hardcoded percentage of 80%. There is a grace period of 4 hours
added to the end of lease time, so if you shorten the lease time it can help
to lower this entries in the event viewer, of course the lower the lease
time the more network traffic occurs during refresh. But with less machines
this can be ignored.
Also check the logging settings on the DHCP server properties, if i am not
wrong you can change them.
