DHCP migration trouble

I am trying to migrate DHCP from Server 2003 to Server 2003 R2. I have tried
all the backup/restore, export/import methods I could find on the internet.
Most would give the event error 'path could not be found'. A couple times it
appeared to take the restore on the new server but the old scope settings
never show up. I also 'Authorized' the new server BTW. I don't know what else
to try and the old server has not been very reliable lately. Hence the
migration.
