DHCP Reservations and Exclusions

When setting up a Reservation for an IP address to a specific PC in DHCP, do
I also need to Exclude that IP address so it isn't asigned to another PC
first?

I am running 2003 server

No, the reservation will prevent the IP from being assigned to another
PC.

The ip address will be assigned only to the MAC address of the reservation.
