DHCP Scopes

Hello,
I have Windows Vista Buisness 32 bit. I installed Microsoft Management
Console 3.0. But none of the DHCP scopes is showing under the DHCP snap in.
There seems to be a fix for 64 bit Vista, but nothing so far for a 32 bit.
Anyone has any solution or suggestions?
