Dial Up Blues

I am one of the rare few these days without DSL or Broadband options. My
phone company is still in the dark ages. And my cable company only caters to
rich people. I wish someone would burn a copy of Net Framework 3 for me. I
would pay them if they asked. I had a friend once burn me a copy of Net
Framework 2 but it failed to install on my system. I cannot successfully run
aspx applications on my computer without a properly functioning Net
Framework. Some items like asp:textbox simply won't appear. Please help me.
