Dial Up does not load on startup

Hello everyone,

I am using vista 32-bit business. Whenever i start my pc, vista loads fast
and everything is fine. However, its a matter of 1 min wait before i can use
my dial up connection or even access networking and sharing. I tried the
services application in order to remove any delayed load option but all are
set to load with no delay.

Can anyone assist me on how to get network loads faster? thank you
