Dial up networking grayed out after installing vista SP1

I have vista ultimate on my laptop Toshiba X205-S9359 after installing SP1
Dial-up and vpn are grayed out. I use motorola phone tools to connect with
my cell phone to the internet. How can i enable dialup again?
