HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?

I have just joined and while I was trying to find out how to post a question
my grandmother's name popped up as a search result. I did not enter this and
have never entered it anywhere on my computer. How did this happen?

Is this really a search result, or a webform autocomplete function?
