did system recovery & can't get pass windows installation

I had a problem with my slimeline shutting off at odd moments. At firs
I thought it was only because it was idle too long but it turned off on
day while I was in the middle of using it. I think it was because of sp
sweeper because there was always a problem with it loading when compute
comes on. So I tried a system restore but got the message that it wa
not able to because of an error, so I did a system recovery to it
factory settings. After it restarts and is running for a minute th
computer just turns off, and when I turn it back on it gives the messag
that windows installation is not complete and to press ok to restart an
install windows, but after doing that I still get the same message eve
when I did the recovery again it still shut off at that same point &
keep getting that same message

Sounds like you have a hardware problem that needs to be addressed before
Windows can be reinstalled.
