Did system restore now updates gone; how get them again?

I did a system restore to the last restore point I had just prior to
installing the latest MS updates. Although WindowsUpdate states I am
current when I go to installed updates the latest updates (installed after
the restore point) do not show as installed.

How do I get them back to install?
I specifically want the "- Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB915597
(Definition 1.24.5611.0)
Important." update.

To get Windows Update to re-offer updates - especially after a system restore:-
Click Start, select Run and then type in: wuauclt.exe /detectnow
