I recently upgraded my computer from windows me to windows xp..the day I
installed it everyting was great but the I loded the Easy CD Creator
v4.02E_S6 and received a warning there are known issues with this software
and xp...it installed and then I removed it because I was worried it would
cause issues. After the power off/on I received a msg that said windows had
disabled my CD rom drive... Now my CD rom won't work..it comes up in device
manager with ! (in yellow) I removed it and reinstalled it and same thing...
I tried to update drivers and nothing..now cd rom is disabled...I went and
bought a new dvd cd rom and installed it thinking mine may not have been comp
with windows..and same thing....some way windows has just disabled it...I
need to know how to get out of the block...I also tried enable/disable and it
wont fix it either..the error msg is Windows cannot start this hardware
device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete
or damaged. (Code 19)
