I rebooted PC, scanned it using some of programs you've listed and some i
normally used
also i've done:
chkdsk /F /R /V for all partitions i have and also i've done advanced memory
checking...
Nothing detected! But at least after reboot the issue stoped to show up...
I've been unable to install Windows OneCare, due to other language version
of my Vista and scanner that is on Microsoft site is stoping to respond and
just causing restart of Internet Explorer...
For now no more problems found and issue stoped by itself...
