I didn´t see any response to my question

I was notified that someone responded to my question, but am yet to see
anything like that.....my previous question is (was):


please my computer is set to recieve updates from microsoft, and it has been
working very well. but recently, it has problem updating fully with report
that a file with.. NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB886903)
cannot be install for reasons I wouldn´t know..the main problem is that my
computer is setup with the german language and was given as a present to
me...I have tried to change the language but it´s hard...what must I do
please..

First you can not change the language.
You would need to buy Windows in the desired language.
