Hello,
I have 2 devices that I want to plug into my pc so that I can copy the
pictures: an iPhone 4 and Canon EOS 600D. But when I connect either of
them I get an error message "device driver software was not
successfully installed"
Tried uninstalling the malfunctioning device in device manager and
then reconnect device but same problem. Tried update driver but
windows doesn't find any updated drivers.
On a friend's laptop with windows 7 home, drivers are immediately
installed by windows and you can browse the pictures in explorer!
Anyone familiar with this problem?
