Digital Output Device (SPDIF)

Under Digital Output Device properties I should have three icon. One for the
jack, one for the head phone and one for the speaker. Due to no fault of my
own they two of them were deleted
How do I get the speaker back so I have sound?????
Any help much appreciated.

installation disc - if not go to the sound website download the driver and
install.
