Digital persona personal 4.11 install

hello, I'm having problems installing Digital persona personal 4.11.
It wouldn't finish installing and now it can't detect the finge
scanner at all.
The thing said this
"You cannot install the DigitalPersona Personal 32-bit package on thi
operating system. You must use the 64-bit installation package."

Can anyone give me the link for the 64-bit installation package? than
