diownload and innstalling KB. 929399

I have tried and failed several times to install Kb 929399 which is windows
media format 11 SDK for windows Vista.
The error message I get is 80242006 which does not exist . on the Knowlege
based website . Anysuggestions would be helpful. I took it in to the geek
squad and they could not come up with any ansewrs either
