There is a Directory in Live messenger ?

I wan to find people in my country...

I'm afraid not. There was at one time, but that directory has been removed.

You can do a People Search on Live Spaces (and indirectly you can view their profile, ask to
be their friend, etc. from there):
http://spaces.live.com
