Disable AutoUpdate on Win2K

Can someone point me in the direction on how to disable AutoUpdate on
Win2k. The part I mostly want to do is on our domain, it autoupdate
and reboots which can cause unknown issues with conflicts (such as
randomly disabling our ability to print to our HP networked printer).
I would prefer to be notified and apply them as necessary.

And Im pretty sure this is probably a really simple request, I just
can't seem to find the answer at this time lol.
