how to disable dynamic windows?

How to disable dynamic windows when i click on task bar?
I switch to different application very frequently, and i feel that straining
my eyes.

Hi,

Right click the taskbar, choose properties. Uncheck the line to show windows
previews (thumbnails).

Got the email, please reply only to the group. Email reads:

"No, not the thumbnail...What i mean is when the windows get minimise or
maximise, we can see the windows gradually reduce size to task bar or
enlarge from task bar."

Go to the Control Panel/System applet. Click the line in the left column for
advanced system properties. On the Advanced tab, click the settings button
under performance. Under Visual Effects, you will find a line to uncheck for
animating windows while minimizing or maximizing. Uncheck it, then apply/ok
your way back out. You may need to reboot for this change to take effect.
