Disable reboot/shutdown "progams still running" dialog

Hello all,

When I have programs running and shutdown/reboot vista I get a screen
telling me what programs are still running and a "restart" and a "cancel"
option.
I cannot leave this dialog other than either using the restart or the
cancel option. The cancel option cancels the reboot, the restart option
forces the restart. I would very much like to revert to the XP behaviour.

In XP when a program wouldn't automatically close down, for example
because it prompts you to save an unsaved file you could just answer the
save dialog, the file gets saved/discarded and the restart continues.

Now in Vista the restart dialog blocks everything else and I have to
cancel the entire restart to check if I have unsaved files or other
dialogs I want to answer. Forcing the restart is no good either as this
might cause changes to be lost.

So, is there any way to disable this vista behaviour?

Running Vista x64 Buisness N btw.

Thanks
Ben
