Disable ripping feature in Wm 10

Is it possible to disable cd ripping by either group policy, MSI deployment
using a transform or reg hack? I work for a school sytstem and the kids (amd
teachers) are constantly maxing out their network space because we run folder
redirection on their my docs. Thanks.
