How to disable smart address bar in Internet Explorer 8

I have a question regarding Internet Explorer 8 and I hope someone ca
shed some light on this, thanks. Firstly, may I ask how can I disabl
the smart address bar in Internet Explorer 8? Secondly is the smar
address bar and "Suggested Sites" completely two different features fo
Internet Explorer 8. Many thanks in advance
