How to disable the taskbar animation effect?

How to disable the window animation effect when i minimise and maximum a
windows/application?
(i dont mean the thumbnail at task bar)

Which window animation effect? Right-click computer icon on desktop,
click Advanced system settings under tasks, then click on the advanced
tab in the system properties window. on the Advanced tab, click on the
settings button under performance. On the visual effects tab uncheck
"Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing" and anything else in
that list that you don't want.
