Every time a new song begins playing, a Vista popup appears by the clock
with "Now playing ......"

How can I disable that?

What media program are you using to play the music?

Winamp....whatever the latest version is.

Winamp has a separate popup so I used to have two popups occuring in
the same place every time a new song began but I have disabled that
feature in Winamp. Now I just have the Windows one appearing.

WMP isn't even installed, much less running.

If you haven't got a clue what you're talking about, it's probably best
