Disabling File Size calculation before copyin files

Microsoft MUST make users able to disable/enable this feature, when copying a
very small amount of data (3.5 MB) the calculation status stays for 30sec or
so. and this is really annoying me. i have found some third party software,
but is very premitive. when downloading a file from the internet it
calculates the remaining KB ot MBs faster than simple file sharing does!!!!..
i need a MVP on that hopfuly... please reply

Wait a few weeks till Service Pack 1 is broadly available from Windows
Update. With Vista SP1 file transfers are considerably faster.
