Hi JimmyC,
The solution in XP was to create the QuickLaunch folder. I do not know if
the same applies to Vista, but it's possible that it could. Check that this
folder exists, and if not create it:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Inte rnet Explorer\Quick Launch
