Disappearing "Send to" item

OK, I give. When I rt-click a files or group of files I used to always see
my CD DVD writer listed. When I browse to the proper Send to folder it show
up. CD DVD works perfectly with Nero and when I use explorer I have no
trouble seeing it. Now it has stopped showing up under my "Send to" option.
What's going on?
