Disappearing text.......

Been having an issue with Incredimail and Vista.
For some reason while writing text in incredimail we seem to lose paragraphs
of text which is annoying to say the least. Has anybody else had a problem
like this and have they been able to resolve it. I have sent emails to
Incredimail but they say there is no issue. Usually happens when you start a
new paragraph then 'poof' the paragraphs disappear. I am running Nortons 2007
(Internet and virus) and Vista Home.
Any thoughts??????

1. In Norton, disable email scanning. Email scanning provides no
additional protection and causes odd problems. If that helps, you're done.

2. Try a different email program. Install Thunderbird from
www.mozilla.com or use the Windows Mail that comes with Vista. My
suggestion would be to use Thunderbird since Windows Mail is pretty
buggy. If all goes well with the alternate email program, you know that
Incredimail (a rather awful program in any case) is to blame.
