disc drive shut out

Used to be able to drag and drop pictures into disc drive like large floppy
using InCd, for a short time the error message said READ FILE only. Now
message says D:\ is not accessible incorrect function. How do i get it back
to normal.

May be a BAD CD-RW..
Have you tried a different CD-RW?
Have you looked for updates to your current version of InCD?
You may need to copy everything off and reformat the CD-RW to make it usable
again.

Double-click "My Computer", right-click the CD writer, select "Properties", click the
"Recording" tab, and make sure that the box, "Enable CD recording on this drive" is checked.

It's also possible the write ability is DOA...
